LOT DESCRIPTIONS:
Beginning at the middle of Chillisquaque Creek at a point where the line of land of the heirs of Stephen Brearly intersects said creek,
thence South sixteen degrees West thirteen and two tenth perches to a post,
thence South three degrees East seventeen and one tenth perches to a post,
thence South eighty six and one fourth degree East forty five and eight tenth perches to a post,
thence by land of the heirs of Stephen Brearly, deceased, South eighteen and one fourth degrees West thirty three and seven tenth perches to a post,
thence by the same South forty four and a half degrees East one hundred and four and two tenth perches to a post,
thence South sixty four and a half degrees East sixty five and seven tenths perches to a post,
thence by the land of Peter Riter South forty five degrees East eight and nine tenth perches to as post,
thence by land of Andrew B. Cummings South forty seven degrees West one hundred and sixty nine perches to a post,
thence by land of Francis Withers, North forty four and a half East (should be West) ninety one and three tenths perches to a post,
thence South six degrees West twenty four and six tenths perches to a post,

thence by the middle of said creek the several courses and distances thereof one hundred and twenty one and nine tenths perches to the place of the beginning,
containing one hundred and fifty eight acres and forty perches strict measure.
This being the same tract of land known as the "Mansion Farm" of the late Col. Thomas Moorhead by deed dated the 11th day of February A.D. 1852, to John Blee and by the said John Blee, conveyed by deed dated the 3rd day of January, A.D. 1853, to Daniel M. Barber, the above named grantor.
The other (adjoining) tract and parcel of land beginning at a post in the public road between the houses of Andrew Cass and the house on the above described tract of land,
thence North eighteen and a half degrees East eight tenths of a perch to a post,
thence by land Andrew Cass, North sixty five and one third degrees East twenty nine perches to a post,
thence South eleven and one fourth degrees East fifty and two tenths perches to a stone,
thence by the land above described forty four and a half degrees West fifty one and three tenth perches to the place of the beginning,
containing four acres and seventy perches strict measure
It being part of a larger tract which was lately owned by Stephan Brearly, deceased, and which by the provisions of his will became vested in his sons William M. and Stephan Brearly, who by deed dated the 11th day of June A.D. 1852, conveyed the same to Daniel M. Barber, the above named grantor.
